Asana · Pranayama · Dhyana
Breath, movement and stillness—taught with precision in Gokulam, Mysore, and online.
01 / The shala
No two people arrive at practice in the same way. At Ritambhara, the method stays rooted while the guidance responds to the individual.
Students learn to organise breath, attention and effort with enough clarity to make the practice their own.

Meet Ankur Bhati
Ankur teaches from the tradition of Ashtanga, where practice is approached with steadiness and respect for each person’s journey. His work also places a strong emphasis on pranayama, Yoga Nidra and attentive ways of restoring balance to the nervous system.
Nine years in Human Resources continue to inform how he works with people: with a practical understanding of stress, behaviour and sustainable wellbeing.
The aim is not performance. It is a practice that becomes clear, intelligent and sustainable.
