02 / The experience

A real class, beyond the screen.

Online practice should still feel observed and personal. Classes are taught live, with careful verbal instruction and corrections that respond to the people present.

The evening yoga class combines structured Hatha practice, mobility and strength with enough space to notice how you are moving. The morning Prana Urja class develops breathwork progressively across the week.

You need a quiet space, a stable internet connection and a willingness to practise consistently. A mat and a few simple supports are helpful.

  • 01Live guidance and space for questions.
  • 02Clear options that respect different bodies and experience.
  • 03A regular weekly structure to support consistency.
